Grants and Scholarships

The EUWC Memorial Graduate Research Fellowship was created in 1967 with an initial contribution of $500. Over the years the balance grew until the EUWC was able to create an endowed fellowship at Emory University. Additional contributions in memory of our friends and proceeds from the Druid Hills Home & Garden Tours have increased the balance of our contributions to over $65,000. The interest from this endowment funds the award which is about $5000 per year. A grant supporting a graduate student’s dissertation has been awarded each May since 1987.
